SBP BSC Training Programs
All the SBP BSC trainings are planned on a quarterly basis
with areas identified under the annual training need
assessment. Over the preceding quarter, different soft
skill, function- specific, specialized and management Fifteenth iteration of the Management Development Program
development programs were conducted. Special efforts (MDP) series was successfully conducted during May 23-28,

Training Programs organization. The program was formally inaugurated by
Syed Basit Aly, Director HRMD SBP BSC via video link. He
NIBAF Islamabad conducted three face to face and three
VILT training programs in the last quarter of CY 2022. highlighted the importance of MDP for Unit Heads, who play
a key role in BSC functional hierarchy. He further urged the
course participants to actively participate in the learning
process with knowledgeable, experienced trainers and

Critical and Analytical Thinking management professionals to hone their managerial
Problem & Decision Making competence. He also emphasized the trainees to take
advantage of this opportunity to brush up their knowledge &
understanding of the cross-functional linkages with SBP and

MD-NIBAF welcomed the participants and provided an
overview of the overall structure of the program which has
been customized to cater to the organizational needs and
encouraged participants to take full advantage of the course
proceedings during their stay at NIBAF.
