NIBAF Islamabad campus conducted a number
of programs over the previous quarter for SBP
BSC, financial institutions as well as an internal
program for NIBAF’s outsourced employees.

In order to promote team building,
cohesiveness and collaboration amongst the
outsourced staff members, NIBAF arranged a
three-day training program during June 27-29,
2022. The training program was arranged for the first time
for outsourced staff with an objective to create an
environment of trust & loyalty among the team and learn
to support each other while performing their duties.
Participants included a varied group including security

trainers to conduct an effective knowledge-
sharing session. While expressing the
relevance of this topic to their work, they
requested and stressed the need for
arranging further iterations of the program as
well as regular refreshers.
