Training Matters!
With the Government taking serious initiatives with strict monitoring duly supported and enforced
by SBP; awareness and availability of convenient affordable financing options will change public
perceptions and give them confidence to dream for their homes.
Training Matters!
Housing Finance fraternity during last 15 years has evolved through self learnings and with post
credit cycle primary challenge of product closures, there is a scarcity of experienced bankers to
effectively grow this product to its duly deserved size in comparison to regional and global
references.
NIBAF can initiate a study on behalf of SBP to collate issues, asks, suggestions, etc from all
stakeholders of both housing and related financing industries. This will highlight requisite
initiatives required from the Govt., SBP, other regulatory bodies for progressing effectively.
Training Matters!
Both have different, while the internal trainings are restricted to internal policies and processes,
the external trainings widens the vision through shared learning on new concepts, new ideas,
approaches and tools.
I believe, both are critical for capacity building.
