Training Matters!

        Karachi
NIBAF Karachi campus caters to the training needs of SBP and its
two subsidiaries: Banking Services Corporation and Pakistan Se-
curity Printing Corporation. The training needs of the stakeholders
are assessed through a detailed TNA and the desired courses are
designed and developed by experienced subject experts and sea-
soned trainers in consultation with the campus training managers.
The trainings are delivered by professional trainers both internal as
        well as external.
NIBAF Karachi conducted 206 training of various duration for SBP

functional areas IT related, a three day Leadership outbound train-

Functional areas trainings included, Bank crises management, pay-
ment & settlement systems, Treasury operations, Basel, Anti Money

some new areas of soft skills were introduced including Coaching,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, classroom trainings came to a sud-
den halt, therefore, NIBAF switched to Virtual Instructor Led Train-
ings ( VILTs) by redesigning content for the virtual platform. In June
Karachi Campus managed to conduct 17 VILT of two to three hours
duration which included stress management through mindfulness
and other soft skills, IT based training, and various central bank-
ing functional areas. In July a diverse training calendar has been
launched which includes a blend of soft skills, functional areas as
        well as IT based skills.
