NIBAF conducted an assessment center for the induction batches i.e. for SBOTS-25
during November 08-09, 2022 and for EWLI-01 during December 27 to 29, 2022, to
have an idea of the level of their understanding/skill set /attitudes/behavioral
competencies and to identify the gaps in core competencies to help improve on the
weak areas during the course of program as per the given matrix.
