                  NIBAF has a well-functioning assessment in place to measure behavioral competencies
                of individuals with reference to the critical aspects of the job. Subject Matter Experts
                (SMEs) and qualified assessors are responsible to design and evaluate assessment
                activities in accordance with the functional spectrum of the job and its significance within
                an organization in a simulated work environment. Over the last three years, NIBAF has
                developed a team of experts to design a suite of exercises which include, role-plays &
                group presentations, experiential learning activities, structured debates, simulation and
                in-tray exercises.
                NIBAF conducted an assessment center for the induction batches i.e. for SBOTS-25

                during November 08-09, 2022 and for EWLI-01 during December 27 to 29, 2022, to

                have  an  idea  of  the  level  of  their  understanding/skill  set  /attitudes/behavioral
                competencies and to identify the gaps in core competencies to help improve on the
                weak areas during the course of program as per the given matrix.
                In this perspective, following three activities were designed to run a two-three days’
                assessment center;

                1.  Sentiments & Social Sensitization (A combo of individual & group

                      work)

                2.  Case Study Analysis (A combo of individual & group work)

                3.  Group Work and Debate
