NIBAF-Karachi   started   offering
           trainings  for  financial  industry
           earlier  this  year  and  has  been
           steadily  enhancing  its  offerings  to
           meet  the  requirements  of  the
           industry.  Some  of  the  programs
           offered over the quarter were for a
           pooled  audience  of  SBP  and
           financial   institutions   with   an
           objective  to  offer  them  exchange
           learning  opportunities  while  some
           other  programs  that  have  been
           passed    tests   of   content
           effectiveness from the internal SBP
           audience are also being opened for
           participation   by   the   external
           financial institutions.
