importance. NIBAF engages most senior trainers of the industry who have years of experience in the field
which a bank normally does not have all time. They share their experiences and different case studies with
the participants which definitely contributes a lot for the participants in short time.

Training Matter!
What are the areas in Islamic Banking where you feel that the bank staff needs
more awareness and education and NIBAF can play a role in filling the gap ?

NIBAF IBCC did not utilize its capacity properly and not introduced any international courses outside Pakistan.
Now it is time for NIBAF to take step forward and I suggest the following:

1. NIBAF should also go for online IBSS for international market.
2. NIBAF should go for accreditation of IBCC course as the matter is pending for last ten years.
3. NIBAF should design innovative courses for BOD of Islamic and conventional banks as well as for Shariah
Boards of the banks.
4. NIBAF should start refresher courses for those who have completed IBCC earlier as so many changes in
regulation, standards and products have occurred in last eight years and day to day changes are coming.
At the end, I wish all the best for NIBAF management and may Allah help them in each and every step and
accept their efforts for Ummah. Aameen.
