Two iterations of
             Leadership Development
                  Program (LDP)

           Leadership  Development  Program
           (LDP-1) was conducted during 14-
           19  March  2022  at  NIBAF  Islama-
           bad,   wherein   19   Divisional
           Heads/Joint Directors of SBP- BSC
           participated. The Program was for-
           mally  inaugurated  by  Honorable,
           Managing  Director-SBP  BSC,  fol-
           lowed  by  welcoming  remarks  by
           Managing Director-NIBAF. The pro-
           gram  was  designed  to  help  Divi-
           sional   Heads   improve   their
           knowledge and abilities in prepara-
           tion for their intended role as organ-
           izational  managers.  In  the  func-
           tional  hierarchy  of  SBP  BSC,  divi-
           sional heads are highly instrumen-
           tal  as  they  are  assigned  key  re-
           sponsibilities  to  manage,  super-
           vise, plan, and organize the key as-
           signments  of  their  respective  divi-
           sions, making it critical for them to
           develop  the  necessary  skill  set  of
           managerial  competence.  Role-
           plays,  case  studies  and  scenario
           based   exercises   were   used
           throughout the program to facilitate
           experiential learning. In addition to
           the  panel  discussion  on  Perfor-
           mance  Management,  pre  -dinner
           talks  on  various  themes  such  as
           “Fintech  &  Disruptive  Manage-
           ment”,  “Pakistan  Economy-  Out-
           look”  and  “Personality  Develop-
           ment  &  Organizational  Values”
           were held throughout the program.
           The second iteration of the Leader-
           ship  Development  Program  (LDP-
           2) was successfully conducted dur-
           ing  28  March-02  April  2022  at  NI-
           BAF  Islamabad  wherein  24  Divi-
           sional Heads/Joint Directors/Senior
           Joint Directors of SBP- BSC partici-
           pated.  The  Program  was  formally
           inaugurated by Honorable, Manag-
           ing Director-SBP BSC, who shared
