Training Matters!
??
What specic skills do you bring to the trainer position and what do you consider the key criteria for
training to be effective? Also, what special skills are required for an effective trainer in an adult
learning environment?
I have been passionately involved with the teaching and training profession for nearly 30 years! I entered it
through a fortunate accident, and committed my life to it because it became a beloved occupation, more a
hobby than work. My company, Mera Maan (Pvt) Limited, is built around this passion, where my prime aim is
to develop people and institutions so that I can 'Build Capacities to Build Capacity'. For me, a trainer is really
a CHANGEMAKER. A person who aims to positively affect the hearts and minds of those s/he engages with.
Development of knowledge and skills cannot be accomplished without inspiring a simultaneous mindset
change.
