Programs being offered for SBP
BSC are also gaining momentum
with trainings being organized for
officers from Lahore as well as
other central field offices.
Personal Development for
Service Excellence is a new
program developed by NIBAF-
Lahore for the BSC audience which
has been successfully rolled out
with two iterations already
conducted with 88 participants.
The third iteration of the program
was conducted from October 13-
14, 2021 my M/s Carnelian in face
to face mode and attended by 26
participants from SBP BSC-Lahore.
The course was specially designed
to meet the explicit training needs
of officers dealing with public/staff
and other stakeholders to promote
a climate of high engagement that
can precipitate a positive change in
the organization. The key soft skill
areas covered in this training
program were communication
skills, customer service, emotional
intelligence, team work, problem
solving, etc. to make the
employees more proficient in
performing their assigned tasks.
Overall, this program remained
very interactive and was highly
appreciated by participants.
Keeping in view the requirements of
IT-based sessions, NIBAF-Lahore
has established a well-functioning
IT Lab. Utilizing the facility, a two-
day hands-on residential program
on MS-Excel program was
conducted for SBP BSC field
offices in central region attended by
15 participants.
