In  August  –September  2021  NIBAF
                                designed  CASS  program  after

                                consultation with AAOIFI, as a crash
                                program   to   facilitate   those
                                candidates  who  are  interested  in
                                appearing  AAOIFI’s  CSAA  exam.

                                However,  this  course  itself  has  its
                                own worth of acceptance in shape of
                                an  advance  certification  in  Islamic
                                Banking & Finance like NIBAF’s other courses i.e., IBCC & FIBO etc.
                                This program was delivered during September 04 to 12, 2021 as on-line program. During the program, all
                                Shariah Standards and Governance Standards were thoroughly discussed mainly in ‘Presentation form’

                                along-with their main points as well as anticipated
                                questions.
                                Here are some other salient information about the program:
                                       Whole program was delivered in one-go within 09 days.

                                       It was an advance level program with relatively faster pace for such participants who had either
                                       basic knowledge of Islamic Banking or Shariah Standards or some experience of working in any
                                       Islamic Financial institution.
                                       Program trainers were either AAOIFI’s master trainers or familiar with AAOIFI courses and related
                                       exams.
                                After through discussion of all standards in 09 days, a final exam was also scheduled for its certification



                                 NIBAF’s flagship Islamic Banking Certificate Course (IBCC)-49 was held at NIBAF Peshawar during

                                 September 13-October 5, 2021. The program was attended by 19 participants from 4 banks
                                 The Course consists of a set of 16 modules covering the topics right from the basic knowledge to the Islamic
                                 banking and its products to latest operational Issues faced by the banks, SBP regulations and product
                                 development. As per NIBAF policy, the participants are required to pass the daily quizzes including group
                                 presentation on day 16 and a comprehensive examination at the end of the course. For eligibility to claim

                                 the certificate, a candidate has to secure 60% marks separately in daily quizzes as well as in comprehensive
                                 exam.  Further, 60:40 weight is assigned to comprehensive exam and daily quizzes. A successful candidate
                                 has to secure 65% marks in the composite final result.

                                                                                           Moreover, the participants put forth
                                                                                           various  suggestions  for  further
                                                                                           improvement of the program.
