Every organization dreams to engrave the skill-set of problem solving, analyti-

cal thinking, dealing the complex situations, and coping with ambiguities in
its employees. These skills can be presented in courses, but cannot be fully

developed until they are applied. Case studies are presented as stories, which
make them powerful and memorable learning opportunities.

NIBAF team delivered a full day session on Case Study - for the capacity build-
ing of a team of Bank of Khyber officials (from Agri. /SME Finance, CAD, Audit,

and senior officials). The response of participants was remarkable and they
appreciated the use of indigenous case studies for long-lasting impact. They
Case Study - Delivery also acknowledged wider application of the case study that directly pertains

to their nature of work.
