           Train the Trainer (ToT) Sessions for LMS
           Under the project that envisions adoption of blended learning model at NIBAF, trainings of relevant staff includ-
           ing the LMS and Instructional Design Team has also been concluded by NIBAF’s LMS vendor, M/s Knowledge
           Platform. The first ToT was conducted from June 1-2, 2023 for the LMS support and IT team of NIBAF that
           focused on illustrations regarding the LMS-admin and the LMS-user roles. The trainers discussed user and
           content setup, assessment bank setup, course creation and session management, managing course  enrol-
           ments, reports, assessments and dashboards, managing the learning course journeys and groups. The second
           ToT was conducted for the Instructional Design Team of NIBAF. The training was conducted from June 5-8, 2023
           and included interactive discussions on the instructional design and processes, creating interactive activities
           and quizzes, principles of design and design tools including power point, Vyond and Storyline. The trainers
           explained effective pedagogic techniques, utilizing story-based learning methods, creating appealing visualiza-
           tion, using PowerPoint for video animations stitching audio and visuals for a video and performing quality assur-
           ance of the content.
